Praca na Tak Foundation was created to prevent social exclusion. We fulfill our mission through Return To Work programs and spreading the concept of volunteering. Our projects, that build up self-awereness in terms of the position and skills on the labour market, are also very important. We support any entity which contributes to the development of the social economy.
The article discussess the changes in regulations designed to equate the rights of people employed on the long term contracts. Employers instead of offering contract for an indefinite period, use fixed-term agreements for many years. This leads to unequal treatment of employees.
