Praca na Tak Foundation was created to prevent social exclusion. We fulfill our mission through Return To Work programs and spreading the concept of volunteering. Our projects, that build up self-awereness in terms of the position and skills on the labour market, are also very important. We support any entity which contributes to the development of the social economy.
Short-term employment contracts ensures that young people (15-24 years) have jobs. Such a conclusion came from the analysis of materials of the European Commission. It means that short-term agreements are positive.
The lowest rates of unemployment among economically active persons under 25 years of age register: Germany (7,7%), Austria (10,3%), Denmark (12,6%) and Netherlands (12,7%).
Poland achieved a result similar to the average level of the EU (23,9%).
The highest unemployment reached: Spain (53,2%), Greece (52,4%) and Croatia (45,5%).
