Praca na Tak Foundation was created to prevent social exclusion. We fulfill our mission through Return To Work programs and spreading the concept of volunteering. Our projects, that build up self-awereness in terms of the position and skills on the labour market, are also very important. We support any entity which contributes to the development of the social economy.

The progress of civilization and the constant pressure to succeed have no positive effects on individuals. The negative effects of professional development influence one's health and the opportunity to freely manage our leisure time.

Praca na Tak Foundation supports sustainable economy, where human resources are used in reasonable way, at the same time providing help in areas of development of their own interests and care of physical culture.

Implementation of such aims cannot be achieved by a system of formal regulations. The function of institutions that are close to human beings is crucial. Sport associations, organizations promoting physical culture, and others that often do not even have a formal entity - provide added value for the economy. There is no need to check statistics to realize the importance of prevention over treatment.

Praca na Tak Foundation supports every project involving physical activity or promoting physical culture through access to health care, hardware facilities, and by spreading sponsorship.

The modern country has duties towards the community, and cannot be limited solely to the role of guardian of the borders and tax collector.
